About Maria

I am a pro-life speaker and activist based in Ontario, Canada. I’m passionate about equipping people with the tools they need to communicate the pro-life message to our culture. Why? Because when we reach out to our neighbours with the truth about abortion, hearts and minds are changed, and the lives of precious children are saved.

I work as a Speaker Representative with 4LifeLondon Association and volunteer with London Against Abortion, an activism team I co-founded. Since 2016, I’ve spoken to hundreds of Canadians about pro-life dialogue and strategy. Whether speaking at a conference, at a church, or in a classroom, I strive to present the anti-abortion position with philosophical rigour and scientific accuracy. I also believe in reaching out with compassion to people who are facing unplanned pregnancy or are affected by the trauma of abortion.

Presentation Topics Include:

  • The Human Rights Case Against Abortion
  • Pro-life 101: Conversation Training
  • Heart Apologetics: Reaching a Culture Wounded by Abortion
  • Pro-life Philosophy (core, advanced, and special topics
  • Embryology
  • Medical Ethics: Is Abortion Ever Medically Necessary to Save a Woman’s Life?
  • Human Life in the Womb (suitable for grades 5 to 8)
  • And more

Recommendations:

“Maria is a rare, indispensable figure in the culture war. Second-to-none in defending the anti-abortion position with envious philosophical precision, detailed embryological knowledge, and a very human compassion, she also defends a humane conception of disability rights, medical ethics, and the need for both truth and love in our wounded culture. I highly recommend attending to anything she says, and reading anything she writes.”

“Maria is engaging, articulate, and knowledgeable. She is able to explain high-level concepts in ways that are easy to understand, and her trademark wit is always woven throughout her talks.”
